FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Born and raised in Victoria, Darcy moved to Kelowna in early 2000 and has never looked back since. When he moved to Kelowna, he started working at a local general contracting company and quickly went from field work to business partner. During this time he started his custom home framing company, Gibson Framing in 2008.
During the past 12 years, Darcy has grown Gibson Framing (now Gibson Contracting) to become one of the largest builders of custom homes in the Okanagan.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Jen joined Gibson Contracting as the Office Administrator in May 2013 and then moved to develop the Project Coordinator position. Jen now serves as the Senior Project Manager where she supervises the Residential Project Team, and creates budgets for new projects.
Jen develops and monitors each project's milestone and decision schedule. She attends weekly site meetings to stay up to date on decisions related to design and scope of work, as well as to monitor the overall project status and quality.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Geoff started in the construction industry waterproofing building envelopes, specifically waterproof membrane coverings on roof decks. Over the last 14 years he has gained hands on experience in the construction industry from sales to project development to project management.
Geoff joined the Gibson team in April 2014, specializing in estimating and sales. As the lead Commercial Project Manager at Gibson, Geoff controls the workflow by maintaining continuity with subcontractors, architects, engineers and regulatory agents.
Prior to joining Gibson Contracting, Naleesa served as the Operations Manager for a local auto group. In this position she oversaw financial operations, dealership acquisitions, human resources, marketing, and special event planning.
In her role with Gibson, Naleesa provides clients with detailed monthly billings to ensure clients always know where they stand budget-wise. In addition, she manages marketing, coordinating with construction lenders, and special event planning. Naleesa is actively working on gaining her Chartered Professional Accounting designation.
Born and raised in Kelowna, Kalib developed an appreciation at an early age for home building by working with Darcy in the summer, while in high school, and then becoming Gibson's first full-time employee and Journeyman Carpenter.
Kalib has a proven track record of performance, and understanding the unique aspects of construction. He manages the construction quality of Gibson's residential and commercial projects. Kalib's attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills ensure a seamless build experience for our clients.
PROJECT COORDINATOR - RESIDENTIAL
Brandon graduated from Grande Prairie Regional College with his Red Seal certification. After 10+ years in the construction industry, Brandon joined Gibson Contracting in 2016 as a Journeymen Carpenter before being promoted to Residential Site Supervisor in 2018. In 2020, Brandon decided to change pace and take on the roll of Residential Project Coordinator.
In his role, he exceeds clients' expectations by establishing and managing a strict construction building schedule to produce our clients' dream home. Throughout the process he maintains an efficient communication between subcontractors and clients to ensure the home building process is enjoyable for all parties.
PROJECT COORDINATOR - COMMERCIAL
Krisite brings over 20 years of construction experience from the Lower Mainland. Starting as an Administrative Assistant and working her way up to Project Coordinator at well known construction companies in Vancouver, Kristie desired a change of pace and made the move to Kelowna.
In her role as Project Coordinator, she ensures client satisfaction through the management of third-party subcontractors, making sure the construction build schedule is adhered to and the product produced meets the highest possible standard.

Rob has over 35 years of construction experience in the home building industry, which is complimented by his Red Seal in General Carpentry. He has an excellent ability to quickly identify problems and implement corrective processes and has exceptional communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Born and raised in Ontario, Rob moved to Kelowna in 2019 and is enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle with his wife.
