We are seeking an experienced and energetic Residential Site Supervisor to join our team in Kelowna, BC. You will perform a wide range of duties in this role and have a great deal of customer, trade, and supplier interaction. Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in residential construction.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills
Good computer skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Experience with BuilderTrend or similar software is an asset
Responsibilities:
Successfully complete project requirements on schedule and within budget, ensuring the quality of all work performed.
Plan, schedule, and execute construction tasks in accordance with the construction schedule for all workers and subcontractors.
Supervision of workers and trades on jobsite and ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure all building and safety code requirements are met.
Provide regular progress reports to Project Manager.
Sound working knowledge pertaining to all aspects of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
