Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Tuesday, 12PM - 4PM (1 day per week) Location: Lake Country, BC
Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service within the luxury home construction industry. This individual will maintain a professional appearance, have a high level of organizational skills and excel when working independently.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
Experience in home-building or construction development an asset
Strong verbal and communication skills
The ability to learn fast and think on the go
Self-motivator with strong organizational skills and intra-personal skills
Ability to use computers and experience with prospecting databases
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as they visit the show home
Accurately showcase our show home and product when answering customer questions
Track all visitors to the show home and prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Project Development Manager
Ensure professional representation of Gibson Contracting and the development community
Maintain a tidy and clean environment
Assist with administrative tasks including setup of signage and maintaining supplies in the sales center
Identify show home maintenance needs
Ensuring all COVID 19 safety measures are followed in accordance with the Provincial government guidelines and mandates
Show home hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, however this position is only for Tuesday. Shift hours may change seasonally.
