Developments launched in 2018 to offer investors and clients affordable home ownership, without construction financing required. Since its launch, Gibson has completed two projects, in partnership, Timberline At Lakestone and The Village At Stillwater Phase II.
Developments will invest in a larger scale of construction on adjoining lots, to take advantage of multi home development pricing. This allows families to gain access to already established communities like Lakestone and The Lakes, without the investment of a custom home.
