ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Gibson Contracting is looking for a motivated and hard-working Accounting Assistant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Accurately process and post A/P invoices through CRM system and QBO
• Updating and maintaining subcontractor/vendor documentation
• Answer office phone
• Filing
• Support Financial Controller with month/year end processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with internal financial statements
• Additional projects as assigned
